To proceed just follow a few simple instructions. With each page, you're going to be asked to solve a problem with Ontraport. Your task is to respond and solve that problem as though it was coming from a real Ontraport client.
To begin, click the link below and enroll in the exam. You will then login and be redirected to the most recent question you were working on, or the first one if this is your first time participating.
The first part will be the "client's," question. Respond using the Form fields and then click the submit button. You'll get an email with the response from the client. This could take some time, just be patient. Log into the "client's" account (92384, mbixby@officeautopilot.com) and based on their response, solve the problem. When you're ready to submit your response, click the link in the email, fill out the form, and click submit. Repeat this process for every step until the test is complete. There's no need to finish all the questions in a single session. Your progress will be saved as you move forward.
These questions are designed to test your troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Ontraport, and small businesses. Take your time, be thoughtful in your responses. Some advice:
- The part of the exam where you ask the client for information is cumulative. Each answer you select adds to your score. The goal is to select all the information that you could ask for which is relevant and correct for solving the client's problem. In other words, select all the information that would apply correctly to the question the client is asking about.
- In certain cases an extra asset has been added to the list which you don't actually need or would be unhelpful in solving the problem. Watch out for these as they will count against your score.
- You can 'ask' the client for more information by resubmitting the form where they ask a question. However, additional submissions, beyond the first, do count against your final score.
Expect a weeks turn around time for your grade once the test is finished. As always, 80% is passing.
